Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will Be the Expert: Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Document and Manage: Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
You will be the Customer Champion: Provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
On-the-Go Problem Solver: Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
Quality Guardian: Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
Feedback Provider: Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
