Requirements:

Fluent Spanish (C1/C2), English min. B2
Bachelor`s degree
Experience in AR or another F&A domain
Good Excel knowledge (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Responsibilities:

Ensure all tasks as performed as per SLA/ KPI
Perform cash collection activities, maintain payment methods, posting manual invoices, reporting and follow up on open items,
Handle email and phone queries
Update SOPs
Identify improvements
