About this roll* (Responsibilities)

As the Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions & Process, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting solutions for the largest restaurant brands on Toast and our technology partners. You’re a proven leader, experienced in building world-class teams, and working with large customers to deliver solutions at scale. You’re excited to interact directly with our customers to share our product roadmap, how we deliver integrated solutions and gather their input on the future direction of our solution. You have deep empathy for customers and a desire to solve their most critical problems with technology. As a key member of our Enterprise leadership team, you will help us continually improve our team dynamics, operating practices, strategy and delivery frameworks, and career development programs.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with senior leaders and executives across Toast to inform and articulate the product vision and desired functionality, scalability, and success metrics for our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
Manage a team of technical talent across implementation, customer success, and professional services to create a unified solutions team to implement, integrate, customize and support our enterprise customers needs
Influence Enterprise product roadmap across partnerships and R&D to help us better meet the needs of our customers
Creatively overcome challenges to deliver value for large customers in a scalable way that unlocks future growth opportunities
Become an evangelist for our Enterprise customers, speaking at conferences, sharing product roadmap and collaborating with partners to build our position in the market
Ability to manage multiple projects and fulfill customer requests while meeting tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while leading process improvement efforts

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

7+ years of restaurant technology experience at a restaurant or technology brand (including 3+ years of leadership experience)
Experience project managing and implementing integrated software programs for large Enterprises with deal sizes above $1M
A track record of success (and enjoyment) in managing people managers, and in building and leading high performing teams and developing exceptional talent
Entrepreneurial spirit in building new products and services
Knowledge of restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is listed below. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
