We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architect to design, implement, and manage our organization's Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level architecture, proven expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business innovation and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft 365 architecture and strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
- Assess current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement using Microsoft 365 solutions. Lead the design and deployment of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD.
- Architect and oversee enterprise-grade solutions for collaboration, communication, and productivity. Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement security best practices, including identity management, conditional access, and data loss prevention.
- Continuously optimize the Microsoft 365 environment to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders on the best practices for Microsoft 365.
- Provide guidance and training to IT staff and end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and functionalities.
- Stay up to date with new features and updates within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent required
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Expertise in Azure Active Directory and identity management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with hybrid environments and integration with on-premises systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.
Hours/Travel/Shift:
Core hours Monday – Friday, occasional extended hours may be required due to business needs.

- Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications.
