Who Weā€™re Looking For


We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive the development of a high-performing marketing pipeline. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional freelance team of web developers, graphic designers and content writers to execute data-driven strategies that accelerate the company growth.

What We Expect


You will:


  • Develop and manage an inbound marketing funnel that generates leads for all company services.
  • Strategize and execute B2B paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, and Telegram.
  • Plan and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage influencer relationships.
  • Coordinate the companyā€™s presence at key industry events.
  • Lead the overall content strategy and oversee content creation across all channels.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and web developers to continuously improve and maintain the company website.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of graphic assets to support all marketing initiatives.


You must have:


  • Experience building and optimizing B2B SaaS or agency marketing funnels that drive lead generation and significant revenue growth.
  • Understanding of B2B advertising strategies
  • Experience driving content strategy and managing content production at scale.


You might have:


  • Proficiency in Chinese
  • Expertise in Chinese Social Media Management
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Experience in Public Relations (PR)
