About the Role:
We are seeking a Integrated Designer to join a new dynamic team. As a Integrated Designer, you will be responsible for digital design to support brand, marketing, and communication strategies in a high-volume environment for our Consumer Product Manufacturing client.
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operation and growth by overseeing projects that support broad brand, marketing, and communication strategies in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
The candidate will lead project completion through collaboration and serve as member of a cross-functional team comprised of both agency and client marketers, whose collective goal is to elevate the level of creativity and support the organizations value streams across multiple channels, creating visually effective creative executions. Collaborating closely with Creative Director, Project Managers to design cohesive content across website, banners, email, social, point of sale , digital and more to enhance the client’s brand and drive engagement.
What you will be doing:
- Design as part of a team designing and producing digital content for website, social media, banner ads, email, POP, Merchandise Display, A+ and eCommerce content.
- Design and produce high quality work within brand guidelines and within an agreed timeframe.
- Clearly convey design and production changes to brand teams
- Expertise in design for digital, social and digital advertising.
- Responsible for working from creative brief through iterations to completed projects
- Produce innovative and on-brand visual designs for the end-to-end lifecycle of the target audience(s), from concept to execution.
- Develop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets according to social media best practices, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to drive desired brand actions
- Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
- Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory compliance standards, working with the compliance team.
- Maintain product knowledge and relationships with cross-disciplined marketing teams.
- Help resolve and document blockers, gaps in processes and pursue resolutions, and share results with management, cross-functional teams, and PM team.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4+ years of digital design experience in an advertising, branding or in house agency.
- Excellent ideation/conceptual and digital reflected in their portfolio.
- A deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- Expert knowledge in Social Platforms executions
- The aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Excellent Adobe CS skills, Figma, Miro, Figma
- Understanding of digital design principles and an awareness of digital design trends.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
- Knowledge of motion graphic and video editing principals and software.
- Print design experience for point-of-sale concept and design
- Basic retouching skills.
- Ability to do light animation (gifs)
- Demonstrate initiative and thrive in a self-directed environment, while recognizing the importance of team collaboration.
- Proven experience as a direct liaison between brand marketers, compliance and creative teams, working collaboratively with all agency departments and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across studio team and projects.
- Creative thinker, self-starter, and problem solver with strong communication skills.
- Ambitious and eager to progress quickly within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft365 and Mac OS
- Familiarity with Acrobat, Firefly
Good to have:
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
- Familiarity with 3D Keyshot a plus
