About the role:

We’re looking for a Junior Design Talent Sourcer to join our team. You don’t need prior recruitment experience — if you’re passionate about design, curious about hiring, and excited to learn how to find great talent, this could be your first step into the world of tech recruitment.

You’ll work closely with our experienced recruiters and learn how to identify and connect with top designers across the US and EU. We’ll teach you sourcing techniques, tools, and everything you need to succeed. 

 

In this role you’ll be:
    • Help source and identify talented designers for roles in top startups.
    • Learn how to use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance, Twitter, etc.) to build talent pipelines.
    • Support the team in researching design communities and profiles.
    • Write outreach messages and engage with candidates.
    • Keep candidate data organized in our ATS and sourcing tools.
    • Learn about hiring needs and design role profiles alongside our recruiting team.
 
About you:
    • You’re interested in design and recruitment. Maybe you studied or have experience with one or both - or you’re self-taught and passionate.
    • You are deeply interested in new technologies and AI
    • You’re curious about how startups hire and build design teams.
    • You’re organized and detail-oriented.
    • You enjoy research and figuring things out on your own.
    • You have a proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to ask questions or try new tools.
    • You can work with US time zones (up to 8–9 pm Kyiv time).
    • Your English is Intermediate or better.
