JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for leading strategic brand initiatives while overseeing the development and execution of professional education programs for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at Brasseler Medical. This role ensures that marketing strategies align with surgeon training, KOL engagement, and product adoption efforts. The position collaborates closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to create impactful education programs, VIP surgeon experiences, and cadaver lab training, driving clinical excellence and market growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute global marketing and promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key strategic opportunities.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage relationships to support brand strategy and surgeon education.
  • Develop and implement a professional education strategy, including virtual webinars, in-person training, and VIP surgeon tours.
  • Oversee cadaver lab training programs for surgeon education and product development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to ensure educational initiatives enhance clinical outcomes and market penetration.
  • Manage the execution of webinars, advisory board meetings, and training events, ensuring engagement and knowledge-sharing among KOLs and surgeons.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all professional education initiatives.
  • Develop and manage KOL consulting contracts, aligning with business and compliance objectives.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Experience in brand strategy, marketing execution, and professional education programs.
  • Strong understanding of KOL engagement, surgeon training, and hands-on educational initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and training programs.
  • Familiarity with medical education best practices, including cadaver lab training, VIP surgeon events, and virtual webinars.
  • Ability to translate market insights into effective branding and education strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to drive product adoption

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
