Job Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) for Oracle Solutions is responsible for generating new opportunities for the Oracle Sales Team within Syntax. This role focuses on engaging prospects in target industries and geography within North America
Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify opportunities for Oracle LOB solutions, addressing HR, Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing challenges.
· Engage decision-makers and decision-influencers through outreach efforts.
· Create and execute targeted campaigns for specific industries and use cases.
· Leverage Syntax’s marketing collateral and events to engage with prospects.
· Conduct discovery calls to understand challenges and position Syntax’s Oracle LOB solutions as value-driven offerings.
· Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to align on priorities and messaging.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities and results in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
· Familiarity with Oracle solutions, particularly ERP, EPM, Analytics and SaaS
· Strong understanding of challenges and opportunities within Syntax’s target industries.
· Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
