Power Platform Technical Consultant

Location: Remote-Anywhere in US or Canada
Job Type: 1099 Contract
Duration: 3 months with possible extension, 40 hours/week
Start Date: End of April/Early May

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power Platform services and solutions, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for our clients with a focus on Power Pages. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business requirements
Design and implement technical solutions using the Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Implement integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs
Conduct PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and demos to showcase configured Power Platform solutions
Generate technical documentation to enable successful transition to customers
Perform quality assurance to ensure the solutions function as expected

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features

Experience:

5+ years working in professional services in a consulting role
5+ years of experience in Power Platform
Developing; Canvas apps, Model Driven apps and Power Pages sites
Presenting complex development topics to both business and technical personnel
Proven experience with Power Pages
Hands-on experience in developing and registering custom Power Platform plugins
Having a strong understanding of best practices for environments, security, permissions, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
Knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management is a strong plus
Experience with version control systems and agile / iterative development methodologies is desirable

PL 900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
PL-400 Power Platform Developer
PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
