We are looking to add an Influencer and Partnership Specialist to our team!  

 

 

LOCATION : Fully Remote 

REPORTS TO: Director of Yourgi marketing 

PAY: $65K - $85K/ annually 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES: 

  

Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management: 

  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates across various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). 

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. 

  • Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including contract negotiation, content direction, campaign tracking, and reporting on KPIs. 

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and on-brand content for influencer collaborations. 

  • Stay up to date with trends in the influencer and digital marketing space, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table. 

 

Partnership Development: 

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, and affiliates that align with the company’s objectives. 

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and strong relationship management. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to integrate partnership efforts into broader company strategies. 

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership campaigns and activities. 

 

Relationship Building & Management: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for influencer partners and external stakeholders. 

  • Maintain ongoing communication and foster long-term relationships with influencers and partners to ensure continued collaboration. 

  • Build and nurture a network of influencers, affiliates, and partners within the industry. 

 

Reporting & Analytics: 

  • Track and report on the performance of influencer and partnership campaigns, analyzing results to optimize future strategies. 

  • Use data insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. 

 

Budget & Resource Management: 

  • Manage budgets for influencer and partnership campaigns, ensuring cost-effective strategies while meeting campaign objectives. 

  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred). 

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or partnership management. 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and influencer culture. 

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and partnerships. 

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand awareness and engagement. 

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. 

 

Skills:  

  • Experience with contract negotiation. 

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing 

  • Passion for staying ahead of trends in the digital marketing and influencer space.
