Working in the Software Engineering group, our interns will get the opportunity to work on engineering aspects of medical devices that will become real products that help patients around the world. Areas interns will be exposed to:

  • Robust software design methodology including software architecture, development, unit testing, and integration testing

  • Test automation to perform feature and system level testing, create graphical user interfaces, capture data, and control test equipment

  • Development of software to interface with firmware and hardware

  • Implementation and verification of cybersecurity controls and cloud services

  • Technical communication with various functional teams in product development

Qualifications:

  • Working towards degree in Electrical, Computer, Software, Biomedical Engineering or a related field

  • Experience in software or firmware programming (C, C++, C#, Python, Java)

  • Previous project experience (past internships, research, project teams, etc.)

  • GPA of 3.6 or higher

Additional Information:

  • Expected dates of internship: 5/27/24 - 8/2/24

  • Pay: $28/hr
