The Educational Equality Institute is a registered Non-Government Organisation (NGO) headquartered in Oslo, Norway. We support marginalised girls to stay in school, graduate, succeed and lead change by example. Our mission is to fight educational inequality by making education fair. Providing girls and young women with equal access to education, we aim to raise future successful graduates, leaders, advocates, and change-makers. We strongly believe that every girl and young woman has power over her own life and can shape the world around her. In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: “Together for Ukraine”. Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment. The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking volunteers to support displaced Ukrainians by engaging in 1:1 virtual conversations. Many of our learners are working to integrate into new communities, and language skills are key to their success. By volunteering, you’ll help them gain confidence, improve fluency, and adapt to new environments.
