For many Ukrainian refugees, rebuilding a career in a new country comes with significant challenges—adapting to different job markets, meeting industry expectations, and developing a professional network. Without guidance, navigating these transitions can be overwhelming.

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is looking for professionals from various industries to volunteer as mentors in our Mentorship for Ukraine Program. Your expertise and support can help mentees gain the confidence, skills, and direction needed to take the next step in their professional journey.

What You’ll Do:
