The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a nonprofit organization committed to fostering equal educational opportunities and professional development for underserved communities. Through our Mentorship for Ukraine Program, we connect skilled mentors with Ukrainian participants to provide professional guidance, career development support, and personal encouragement during challenging times.

About the Role
As a Volunteer Mentor, you will play a critical role in supporting Ukrainian mentees as they navigate professional and personal development. Using TEEI’s dedicated mentorship platform, you’ll offer guidance in your area of expertise while helping mentees achieve their goals and rebuild their confidence.
