What you can expect​

We are looking for a National Alliance Manager to develop channel sales relationships with Zoom’s Technology Service Distributors (TSD). This position builds, implements and manages sales and strategy with TSD sales professionals, and, develops business plans with TSD executives.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a partner strategy that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue thru Zoom’s TSDs and distributors

  • Executing sales, program or product training and provide marketing support where needed

  • Working closely with internal and external departments and leadership to drive collaboration, joint strategy and track progression

  • Tracking sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics

  • Building and deliver quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders at TSDs and distributors

  • Pipeline Creation

  • Deal registration

  • Partner webinars and training

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years working in channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration

  • Experience with Technology Service Distributors and Distribution/Resale

  • Experience with Technology Service Distributors

  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$128 600,00

Maximum:

$257 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
