We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for HR tickets, process requests, manage employee records, and support HR transactions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality. How you will achieve success:
The first point of contact for all HR tickets; respond to and process HR Ticket requests, or assign/escalate to the appropriate specialist when needed.
Review and approve New Hire forms.
Process HR transactions in the HRIS system.
Employee records management.
Supports with intranet updates for pages owned by People & Culture team; assists with special HR projects.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a combination of expertise and ability to understand the business.
Experience supporting HR processes.
Exposure to excel as a data tool. Able to use different software systems to accomplish work (i.e., HRIS, Outlook, Excel, internal systems, ticketing system).
Able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
