Job Summary

The Heart Failure Management System (HFMS) Integration Specialist partners with ZOLL's Cardiac Management Solutions Sales teams and key stakeholders at targeted health systems to facilitate the integration of HFMS workflow(s). This role focuses on driving adoption of ZOLL's HFMS through proactive support, training, continuous communication, and optimizing product utilization aligned with customer goals. By enhancing patient care and operational excellence, the specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of HFMS.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the clinical and product expert, collaborating with hospital stakeholders to build relationships, troubleshoot issues, and support product implementation.
  • Implement ongoing sales strategies aligned with client expectations, monitoring and adjusting solutions for improved performance.
  • Conduct site visits to assess workflows, synthesize findings, and recommend behavior changes to enhance HFMS utilization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Care Management, Nursing Navigators, Heart Failure Teams, and Healthcare Providers) to align on program goals, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Conduct in-service events and provide ongoing support for new and existing accounts.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for integration challenges, workflow optimization, and product utilization.
  • Collaborate with ZOLL Hospital System Directors on leads, account updates, and training outcomes.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup and HFMS familiarization.
  • Provide product support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries.
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess usage, identify issues, and maximize product value.
  • Conduct training sessions on advanced features and best practices.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between inpatient and outpatient care settings.
  • Assist with management of ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM) system tasks, including data access and alert management.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet target goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and address concerns proactively.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support efficient patient-centered care required.
  • Valid State Driver License required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with admission and discharge processes.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for Hospital credentials/access.
  • Cardiology clinical acumen required.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Must be able to improvise in customer situations to achieve a successful resolution.
  • High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.


Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis, including overnights.
