This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and manage incoming contacts within HubSpot.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain and optimise workflows, ensuring seamless contact distribution.
Liaise with external contractors to coordinate work completion and follow-ups.
Review and verify apartment details and deal entries in HubSpot.
Ensure reports are generated accurately and follow up on tasks accordingly.
Assist in the execution of MailChimp campaigns and integrate them with HubSpot.
Optional future tasks (with internal upskilling provided):
Basic Canva design creation.
Spreadsheet maintenance and data organization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Knowledge of workflow automation tools and processes.
Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., MailChimp).
Real estate industry experience preferred.
Strong written communication skills, particularly via email.
Previous experience working with Australian businesses is highly desirable.
