Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST

Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (transitioning to UAE time)

  • Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up
  • Manage professional and personal correspondence with efficiency and discretion
  • Assist with a variety of personal tasks and errands, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude
