  • Manage and organize the company’s digital inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and internal communications
  • Handle fulfillment tasks related to marketing services, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the team
  • Assist in basic reporting tasks, compiling data and creating clear, concise reports for internal use and client presentations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, document preparation, and file management
  • Maintain organized digital records, ensuring easy access to important information for team members
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones, facilitating smooth communication and project coordination
  • Adapt to new tools and processes as the company grows, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using email management tools, basic office software, and willingness to learn new digital platforms
