Job Description

As our Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, playing a crucial role in shaping our online presence and supporting our transition into the education market. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, aligning with our new market focus and brand voice
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery
  • Create and optimize email scripts and follow-ups, ensuring they effectively communicate our solutions-based approach
  • Design eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva for emails, social media posts, and other marketing materials
  • Assist in organizing and streamlining marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate campaign information and insights to the sales team, fostering alignment between marketing and sales efforts
  • Support the Marketing Director in developing content that highlights our transition to the education market and addresses customer pain points
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and improve engagement


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in B2B or education-related fields (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and apply insights to strategy
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required if matched with relevant experience
