Job description

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, including The Trade Desk, DV360, Audiohook, and Audiomatic.

This role will be instrumental in executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across audio, display, video, and CTV, while contributing to the development of best practices and internal processes. The candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across multiple DSPs.
  • Work with The Trade Desk, DV360, Audiohook, Audiomatic, and other programmatic platforms to execute highly targeted advertising strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting strategies using third-party data segments and other available tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, including Supply Path Optimization (SPO), third-party data strategies, and new DSP integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop media buying strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for the programmatic team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns in DSPs such as: The Trade Desk, DV360 & Audio DSPs (Audiohook, Audiomatic, etc.) 
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, optimize performance, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong experience with audience segmentation, data-driven bidding strategies, and programmatic optimization techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Advanced English (written and verbal).
