  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Remote only in Greece
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid European Passport or ID required
