Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and account support.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
  • No prior customer service experience required; we are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation expenses will be covered by the company.
