  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services of the Tobacco Company.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to issues.
  • Inform customers about products, promotions, and services to enhance their experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
