Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with inquiries about travel packages, bookings, and services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with a friendly and professional approach.
• Guide customers through their travel options and provide relevant information to enhance their travel experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
