Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via various channels including phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about software products and services.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with customer service software is a plus.
