Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers on product usage and benefits to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferable.
