This vital role is designed for individuals committed to preventing financial crime while providing exceptional support to clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients within the Anti-Financial Crime sector.
  • Assist with inquiries related to financial transactions, compliance, and anti-fraud measures.
  • Deliver accurate information, guidance, and resources to help clients navigate financial compliance processes.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and escalate suspicious activities or concerns as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in training and continuous education regarding anti-financial crime regulations and practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive customer information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or compliance sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
