Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed product information.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service and product availability.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records to enhance service strategies.
  • Stay updated on the company’s products and policies to provide precise assistance.
  • Seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to overall service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
