Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and fluent in Portuguese. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with product information, account issues, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide tailored support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
