Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing transactions for signs of fraud, conducting thorough investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective fraud prevention strategies. Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze transactions for potential fraudulent activities in Dutch markets from a remote setting.
  • Investigate red-flagged transactions and take appropriate action based on established protocols.
  • Engage with customers to collect relevant information and assist in resolving suspicious inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve fraud detection strategies.

Requirements
