Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for a range of electronic devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both hardware and software promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide suitable solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • Create and maintain helpful documentation and guides to empower customers in utilizing their devices effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a supportive team player.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and tech support best practices.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is an advantage.
