Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers regarding a variety of electronic products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, and usage guidance of electronic devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Create and update helpful documentation and resources to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is a must.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a positive team contributor.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support practices is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
