Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a Dutch Speaking IT Services Representative for a leading tech firm, offering a remote work opportunity based in Greece. This is an ideal role for individuals fluent in Dutch who have a passion for technology and providing top-notch customer service. In this position, you will support our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their IT-related inquiries and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of IT-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance to clients on using our products and services to maximize their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and track issues within the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Inform customers about new features, updates, and best practices to enhance their product use.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English are required.
  • Prior experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk software is advantageous.
