Job description

Zone IT Solutions, a leading staffing and recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruitment Practice Lead to join our team. As the Recruitment Practice Lead at Zone IT Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our recruitment practice and ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent acquisition solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding and retention. You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to drive their performance and professional development. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and collaborating to deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

As a Recruitment Practice Lead, you will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes and deliver innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment
  • 3+ years of experience in managing client delivery and leading team of Recruiters
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing a team of recruiters
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment solutions to clients
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' hiring needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR or recruitment
