Job description

BlackStone eIT is seeking a proactive and engaging Client Relation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding client requirements, facilitating communication between clients and our internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Coordinate project updates, deliverables, and timelines with clients to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Gather client feedback and effectively communicate insights to improve services and client experience.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and renewals to align client solutions with company offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion of services within existing client accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to effectively support clients and provide expert advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
