Salary: P70,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Data Science.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
Strong skills in Python and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with SQL and Azure for data querying and management.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus.
Experience working in a retail or marketing environment.

What will you do?

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Data Management:

Utilize SQL and Azure to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
Support data integrity and quality assurance processes.

Technical Skills:

Apply Python and Excel expertise for data analysis and light data science tasks, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Use SQL-lite for database management and querying.

Business Acumen:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Demonstrate a strong curiosity to learn about the business, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communication:

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.
