About the Program
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is looking for compassionate and community-minded individuals to join our Buddy Program. This initiative pairs local volunteers with Ukrainian newcomers, helping them navigate life in Norway through cultural exchange, emotional support, and practical guidance. Together, we can create an inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and supported.

What Does a Buddy Do?
As a Buddy, you will:

• Welcome Ukrainian newcomers to your community and provide cultural insights.
• Assist with everyday challenges like navigating local services, learning public transport, or finding community resources.
• Be a friend and offer emotional support during their transition.
• Participate in activities like exploring local attractions, sharing meals, or practicing language skills.
