Unicorn Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Associate to support internal operations, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency across various departments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operations background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a wide array of operational initiatives spanning HR, vendor management, legal, and other internal admin efforts to help the company scale.
  • Document internal workflows and inefficiencies to standardize processes or automate them using software.
  • Help drive operations strategy and generally improve the company's productivity.
  • Help maintain employee policies and internal documentation.
  • Facilitate hiring and staff onboarding.
  • Manage operational resources (legal docs, commercial agreements, etc.).
  • Identify and implement policies or workflows that improve the company's operating efficiency.
  • Liaise with external service providers (legal, accounting, etc.).
  • Help with various day-to-day activities to support other functions such as sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational role or consulting firm.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
