SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover valuable opportunities.
• Enhance on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal links.
• Carry out regular technical SEO audits and put solutions in place to boost site health.
• Craft and implement content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and resources.
• Establish and nurture a strong backlink strategy to improve domain authority and rankings.

Website Development & Maintenance:

• Make sure our websites are speedy, secure, mobile-friendly, and visually cohesive.
• Introduce enhancements to enrich user experience, navigation, and functionality.
• Regularly refresh plugins, themes, and integrations for peak performance.
• Supervise the implementation of structured data (schema markup) to boost SERP visibility.

Content Optimization & Performance:

• Partner with the marketing team to produce SEO-friendly blog posts and pages.
• Utilize A/B testing to refine page layouts and improve conversions.
• Monitor and report key metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Adapt strategies in response to performance data to enhance ROI and client success.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and copywriting teams to ensure website and SEO objectives are aligned.

• Oversee freelancers or contractors to guarantee timely and high-quality project completion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in a marketing-oriented role.

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website development.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing changes.
• Knowledge and experience using the following tools: SEMrush, BrightLocal, WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, Monday.com
• Experience improving website speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
• A problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and schema markup.
• Ability to create and execute strategies for improving organic traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
• Expertise in collaborating across teams to align goals and innovate solutions.
