Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist. you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing our online presence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in utilizing HubSpot, proficient in web design, and experienced in managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including lead generation, email marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integration.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Continuously optimize website design and content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on HubSpot, social media management, content creation, and web design.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, along with experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in web design and familiar with HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the client's discretion. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1300 / month
