Job description

Role Overview:
As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the charge in creating innovative and engaging content for paid social campaigns. With your expertise in both creative development and paid media, you’ll work directly with clients to craft compelling scripts, ad copy, and video concepts that meet target metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc). We're looking for someone who is tired of the same old frameworks and is ready to push boundaries—someone who can test what’s working while also introducing bold, new ideas that cut through the noise. Responsibilities
  • Develop fresh, original ad concepts, build on high-performing ads, and script UGC-style ads that engage viewers and drive conversions
  • Balance creativity with direct-response tactics by integrating brand identity and marketing psychology to spark immediate action
  • Analyze performance data (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) using tools like Meta ads manager, TikTok ads manager, Motion, TripleWhale, and Atria, iterating on concepts to improve outcomes
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Work closely with the media buying team to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign goals, driving cost efficiency and high-performance metrics.
  • Share clear direction, shot lists, scripts, and editing notes to produce on-brand, effective content for editors and creators
  • Stay on top of social media trends (especially TikTok), leveraging trending audio, formats, and cultural moments to keep ads relevant
  • Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external creators to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct market and competitive research to pinpoint consumer pain points, competitor strategies, and ad angles with the highest impact
  • Write scripts and detailed shot lists in our in-house software, guiding creators and editors through each phase of production
  • Apply direct-response marketing principles, blending the latest social media trends with data-driven insights to maximize performance
  • Adapt quickly to what’s working while also testing innovative ideas that can boost results

Requirements

  • UGC & E-Commerce Expertise (3+ years preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, UGC Content Creator, or Copywriter with a strong focus on e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience in researching, scripting, and planning UGC-style direct response ads that drive conversions.
  • A deep understanding of what makes high-performing UGC ads successful (hooks, storytelling, CTA placement, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing UGC-style ads created for e-commerce brands, demonstrating strategic thinking and ad performance insights.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
