Workday Analyst – Advanced Compensation Lead

Location: UK Homeworker

Contract Type: FTC- 18 month with possible perm option on completion

Work Pattern: Full time  and Remote

We are looking for an experienced Workday specialist with experience in the Advanced Compensation module of Workday to join our high performing team providing expert support to a group of entity clients.

MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS) supports our entire organisation through IT, Cyber, Procurement, Legal, HR, Facilities Management, and Finance. Our vision is to be a trusted partner and solution provider of choice.

As HR Systems - we provide services to 7 legal entities – on one Workday tenant – with both shared and stand-alone business processes. Our system has a global footprint but we operate mainly in the UK and Europe with small populations in Asia and the Americas.

We manage the vast majority of our processes via Workday, have Service Now as our ticketing tool and we are a Workday Success Plans customer, as well as having strong AMS support.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Managing and configuring Annual Compensation Processes as well as developing new functionality for the entities (e.g. Workday Docs Letter Generation.)
  • Improving Termination, Change Job and Onboarding processes to support the Advanced Compensation processes.
  • Answering support tickets for your areas of expertise, general compensation queries and supporting the team with wider projects.

What We Need From You                    

  • Experience in a customer facing role providing Workday Support for at least 2 years
  • Workday certified in Advanced Compensation OR extensive configuration experience
  • The ability to both configure in and present clearly to non-technical audiences on solutions
  • A can do attitude and the ability to adapt to changeable situations
  • Experiment using Service Now or an equivalent ticketing solution would be desirable.
