Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will successfully recruit qualified clinicians within all services lines and territories of our home health and hospice companies. This position will be remote.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position
Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization
Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates
Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs
Advertise open positions using social media and mailings and collaborating with marketing
Manage the candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting
Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits
Oversee and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, open positions, and other recruiting activities
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
Two years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred
