负责现货、衍生品、支付等业务的 API 产品设计与优化，涵盖竞品分析、用户体验提升、第三方 API 对接方案设计及实施。通过数据分析驱动产品增长，确保 API 产品功能与性能满足业务需求，并为开发者提供高质量的支持和服务。

岗位职责
  • API 产品设计与优化
  •   - 负责现货、衍生品、支付等业务相关的 API 功能需求调研、设计与规划；
  •   - 优化 API 使用体验，提高开发者使用的便利性和效率；
  •   - 制定 API 文档标准，保障接口设计的规范化与可维护性。
  • 竞品与用户需求分析
  •   - 研究行业内相关 API 产品，分析竞品优势与不足，制定差异化产品策略；
  •   - 收集并分析用户（开发者）的反馈与需求，提出改进方案。
  • 第三方 API 对接设计
  •   - 负责第三方 API 集成方案设计，包括功能需求梳理、接口对接及问题解决；
  •   - 确保对接过程中的安全性、可靠性与兼容性。
  • 数据统计与分析
  •   - 建立 API 使用数据统计与分析体系，跟踪关键指标（调用频率、响应时间、错误率等）；
  •   - 结合数据洞察挖掘产品优化机会，为产品增长与运营策略提供数据支持。
  • 跨部门沟通与协作
  •   - 与技术、运营、市场等团队紧密合作，推动产品从需求到上线的全生命周期管理；
  •   - 为开发者及合作方提供专业支持，解决技术及产品相关问题。

    • 任职要求
  •   教育与经验
  •   - 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、金融等相关专业优先；
  •   - 3年以上 API 产品相关经验，有现货、衍生品或支付领域经验者优先；
  •   - 熟悉 API 设计原则（如 RESTful、WebSocket）及开发者生态。
  • 专业技能
  •   - 具备扎实的产品设计与需求分析能力，能够产出高质量的产品需求文档与接口文档；
  •   - 熟悉常用 API 管理工具（如 Postman、Swagger）、数据库及日志分析工具；
  •   - 熟悉至少一种编程语言者优先（如 Python、JavaScript），具备开发背景更佳。
  • 分析与决策能力
  •   - 擅长数据分析，能够基于数据发现问题、挖掘机会；
  •   - 熟练使用数据分析工具（如 Excel、SQL、BI 工具）开展统计与可视化工作。
  • 沟通与团队协作
  •   - 优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够推动多方达成共识；
  •   - 以结果为导向，能在多任务环境下高效推动项目进展。
  • 其他
  •   - 对金融市场和数字货币领域有一定的理解；
  •   - 英语能力优秀者优先，能够流利阅读和撰写英文文档，具备基础的英文对话能力
