As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and growth for our mobile apps—ScoutIQ and Scoutify, two of the most trusted tools in the e-commerce and reselling space.
This role is perfect for someone with deep mobile app product management experience, strong e-commerce knowledge, and a growth mindset to scale and optimize our app offerings. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while continuously improving our product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ScoutIQ and Scoutify, ensuring alignment with Threecolts' broader business goals.
Develop a long-term product roadmap that balances growth, user experience, and technical scalability while prioritizing key initiatives that drive business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales) to define, build, and launch mobile features that enhance the customer experience and improve retention.
Leverage data, user insights, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, including feature launches, customer engagement campaigns, and in-app promotions.
Run A/B tests, growth experiments, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and refine the product experience.
Ensure seamless integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and marketplaces to enhance app functionality and streamline workflows for sellers.
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize technical investments while maintaining a deep understanding of app performance and scalability needs.
Key Skills :
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years owning and scaling mobile apps(iOS/Android).
Must-have experience working on e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or mobile-first products with a focus on user growth, engagement, and monetization.
Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven product decisions, marketing alignment, and iterative experimentation.
Strong understanding of mobile app UX/UI principles, user psychology, and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience with mobile analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on app architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills—you’re able to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing short-term tactical goals with long-term strategic initiatives.
