As a Business Analyst for Customer Success, you will drive internal technology optimization by analyzing business needs, streamlining processes, and implementing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to improve workflows and support effectiveness.
How you'll add value:
Engage directly with the Customer Success team to gather, analyze, and document requirements and feedback.
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Strategically design, implement, and continuously refine technical customer success workflows to maximize operational efficiency, identify risks, and enhance the overall quality of work delivered to customers
Stay informed on the latest technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance customer support capabilities.
Manage a broad range of systems tasks including configuration, customization, and implementation, ensuring solutions are align with business requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal customer success teams and technical teams to facilitate mutual understanding and alignment.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders on customer success systems performance and improvements.
Oversee system testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions are in line with change management best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to design and implement system enhancements and recommend best practices.
Develop detailed solution documentation and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar senior role.
Technical expertise in Salesforce and Gainsight strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of technical capabilities and business processes in SaaS B2B.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in configuration, customization, and implementation.
Ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment.
Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
Self-directed with the ability to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $90k - $115k per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
