Role Overview:

The company is hiring a Luxury Travel Designer to create and manage luxury travel plans. This role requires attention to detail, client management, and a passion for exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Luxury Itineraries: Design personalized travel experiences with top accommodations, private tours, and exclusive access.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth service from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with Partners: Work with luxury hotels, airlines, and tour providers to secure VIP services.
  • Handle Travel Logistics: Manage bookings, travel documents, and special requests.
  • Provide 24/7 Support: Address last-minute changes or issues during the trip.
  • Research Trends: Stay informed about luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Use Travel Software: Track bookings, payments, and client preferences using management tools.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury travel or concierge services.
  • Strong connections with high-end travel vendors.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and client service abilities.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms (Axus, TravelJoy, Sabre, Amadeus).
  • Multi-lingual skills (French, Spanish, or Italian preferred).
  • First-hand experience in key luxury destinations.
